Girls...is this creepy?

Im a college student in NYC. I live in an apartment and commute to college. I took this summer cl and met this amazing girl who seemed to show interest in me. She first smiled, then started talking to me, then starting touching me (arm, back, shoulder, hugging), we would hang out in the library together. She even knew my name before I told her (she probably heard during attendance or something). Towards the end of cl I got her number and screen name. All this happened in 3 weeks. Problem was...she doesnt have a CELLPHONE. and her parents are kinda weird. So after cl ended calling her home didnt seem like such a great idea. IN fact, she had told me it would be easier for her to hang out once cles started again. Now, cles have started but since she doesnt have a cellphone I have no clue how to get a hold of her during the week except on fridays when we both have cles in the same building. She told me the times of some of her other classes. I was wondering if it would be weird if I "ran into her" after her class on the other days so we would be able to spend more time together, maybe go out for lunch. And eventually I want to ask her to the movies...like a real date. I mean I dont know if she would be creeped out. She IMs me whenever she comes online. She seems very excited to see me. She even keeps the conversation going. I dont know if im in the friend zone...I mean she never talks about other guys or any of her "problems" in front of me. Shes always happy and excited when I see her. Is this a good sign...Should I wait for her after one of her classes? I'm just nervous now if she blows me off to hang out with her friends or something. Would you girls find that CREEPY? I mean I wouldnt do this if only she had a cell phone. I couldve just called her and set up a date.
