Is this ELEMENTAL HERO deck good and what can i make it better?

I see you have quite a few of 3 cards. take that down to one or two. Except polymerization. always have that in handy. also see about adding a synchro montser like black rose. That really came in handy for me so many times in duel. hope this helps.
