London - How many times do go on the Bus to qualify as a DAY BUS P?

There is no bus p any more. What you have heard is that the Oyster Card has a single journey fare of 1.20 and a daily Oyster Cap of 3.90. So, if you make more than 4 single bus journeys you never pay more than 3.90. Anyone travelling in London should get an Oyster Card as it can also be used on the underground, tram and DLR and it is then capped at the price of the relevant daily travelcard. However, there have been some problems with overcharging, and travelcard prices are changing in January 2011 removing the zone 2-6 travelcard. The other problem is that the Oyster Card can still not be used on many trains in which case getting the daily travelcard is better.
