How do I propose an idea to the Kellogg's Company?

I was eating a pop-tart dipped in Nutella. And I had a brilliant idea. I want the Kellogg's Corporation to make Nutella Pop-Tarts. I don't want to patten the idea, I don't care about the money or anything. I just want a friggin' Nutella Pop-Tart. Who can I contact to make this happen?
