Does he like me? I think he is very shy, an nervous when he is around me.?

There is this guy that i like alot but im unsure if he likes me or not, he seems very shy an nervous whenever hes around me. When we first met he was all sweaty an made little eye contact, an didnt talk very much then when i looked when he was walking away he was looking at me, an quickly turned away. The next time he saw me he started walking by me but didn't say anything. i've seen him a few more times an i feel like hes avoiding me because hes scared of me. Do u think he likes me? and what should i do?
