Help! Landlord visit on Friday and I'm very worried - please read!?

Well it depends on the damage to the property, Is it just general wear and tear such as marks on the walls? If so then it wont matter as much as a hole in the wall. It shouldn't matter about your own belongings being ruined. Just make sure the place is tidy and smells nice. Dont be scared about it. He should legally sort out your boiler. If the plumber is scared of flea bites then he should get a different one in. I dont know if this helps.
