Kinda jealous because of a stupid reason?help?

okay this is a very long question so be prepared.okay...well i am 13 years old,and i am 64 pounds,and im about 62 in.as you could imagine,im very very tiny.but i got my period when i was 11,wich is a bit odd since im so little.i had but they went big at all.i'm now in 8th grade and my got alot bigger to the point where they pop out of my shirt if i wear a tank top,and they create a little .not to the point where its pushed completely together,but almost.guys are obviously noticing.my best freind is about 5'0 or 5'1 and she weighs about 110.she has alot more brests than i do.shes about a 36B.and shes constantly telling me to pull up my shirt because shes more of the flirty type and talks to all the guys.and they have been saying how big my s are and she is obviously jelous.I dont look my age at all,and she looks alot older than she really is.Now shes saying how i'm cathcing up to her in height and how shes short and stuff.and i dont know why but it kinda gets me mad because thats one of my qualties that i posses is being short.and i hate it because shes always saying that shes so short and that i'm almost as tall as her.it always seems like she gets all the guys and i dont because i dont really like to flirt like she does.and its always a competition between us.my question is exactly,is she really that short?why is she so jelous that guys say things about my now?why doesnt she ever want me to get attention from other guys?shouldnt she not want me to be a loser if im her bestfreind?thanks in advanced.ps.sorry for all the typos.
