Sadie Hawkins please some one help?

ok so im not trying to sound ie but there are a lot of girl that want to ask me to sadie hawkins and i dont even want to go...so how do i say no*(in a nice way)* if someone asks me.And some of the girls are my friends and i dont want to make them sad or mad about me saying noo...help!!!:(
