When blacks insult Jews, are they playing into the hands of those who would kill both groups?

Yep. I've never heard of anything stupider than a Southern black speaking with prejudice toward a Jew or Hispanic. The white bigots just sit back and laugh, thinking "let 'em kill each other!"
