One of my friend he had heart attack and in few days he had brain stoke,?

doctor came to know it happened because of blood thikness.but they dony know why his blood is so thik..he is not fat,he has no high blood pressure, and he has no sugar,they said they are studing his case..can anyone help me to know the reason.
