What do you do about items the Data Execution Prevention (DEP) blocks?

My Internet explorer is really messed up now because the (DEP) keeps blocking something that might me liable for destroying my memory. How do I find and Delete this item so my Internet Explorer can work properly again? And Please if you don't know DON'T tell me you don't know because it is a waste.
