The Hollywood romance and all the crap on TV?

Is anyone else under the impression that one of the major reason for the high divorce rates relates to a lot of peoples warped image of what a relationship should be like from these crap movies and TV? I'm not a fan of watching the tube or sitting on my duff so it's not an influence for me. Just seems like the majority have this fairy tale image of life. Your thoughts?
