Turn on my computer no visual on monitor and mouse/keyboard not responding.?

We just moved. The other day, 2 days ago, I turned on the computer everything was fine. Today the monitor screen is black and the indicator light on the monitor is yellow meaning stand by. The mouse and the keyboard arent doing anything. The mouse is a plug in so cant tell there I guess but the keyboard lights light up for a split second when you plug it in however then if you press the num or caps lock on the lights dont indicate like they are being pressed at all. The computer tower itself has the power light on but thats it. Any thoughts? We have tried different plugs and plug ins.
