Why is the Zac Efron version of "Seventeen Again" coming out but the one with Tia and Tamara Mowry didn't?

I totally agree I really liked the one with the Mowry's. The only reason this one with Zac Efron is coming out is because of who he is and they think they will make more money on it because all of the younger girls would want to see it.
