Will Israel get away with criminally targeting one of the most heavily populated areas in the world?

These strikes are in retaliation from over a month of innocent Israelis dieing from rocket fire from Palestine and their ELECTED govt Hamas. When a govt declares war on another country, saying Israelis must all be killed, then it is not a crime. The Palestine gov't broke the cease fire ,not Israel. Israel has the right to invade and conquer all palestine for their actions. So their response is very light and mild for the crimes.
